Post-Care

Aftercare for the Best Results

Day 1

  • Use a clean, dry cloth to blot away any pinpoint bleeding or fluids

  • Keep brows dry by washing face carefully and avoiding brow area until healing process is complete

Days 2-10:

  • Apply a pea sized amount of ointment on each brow with a q-tip once per day

  • Continue to keep brows dry

Days 11-14:

  • Continue ointment once a day if any scabbing remains

  • You may begin make-up application on and around the brow area at this time

  • You may begin wetting the brow area at this time. Use only mild soaps when washing

Things to Avoid

  • No picking, peeling, or scratching of the brow area. You will cause scarring of the area or removal of the pigment if you pick or peel scabs prematurely

For the first 10 days:

  • Do not wet brows

  • Do not allow makeup or other products on the brow area

  • No heavy exercising or sweating

  • No swimming

  • No hot saunas, hot baths, or jacuzzi

  • No sun tanning or salon tanning

  • No laser or chemical treatments or peelings, or any creams containing Retin-A or Glycolic Acid on the face

  • Avoid performing tasks related to heavy household cleaning such as garage or basement cleaning where there is a lot of airborne debris

  • Do not touch the brow area except for when applying the post-care ointment with a cotton swab

*Pro Tip*

Once completely healed, always apply a layer of SPF sunscreen on your eyebrows when exposed to the sun. Sun exposure might cause the color pigment to fade quickly.
